AI MatchBuy™ provides personalised recommendations to support these goals.

2. Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Status

AI MatchBuy™ is currently provided as a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) feature. This means:

• functionality is experimental
• outputs may not always be accurate or complete
• features may change, evolve, or be removed
• the purpose includes testing, research, and feedback

You should not rely on AI-generated outputs for financial decision-making.

3. Non-Financial-Advice & Non-Regulated Service Disclaimer

LayawayGo is not:

• a bank
• a lender
• a financial adviser
• a regulated payment institution

All payments are processed securely through third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). AI MatchBuy™ provides informational, assistive recommendations, not financial or investment advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• use LayawayGo for lawful, personal purposes
• make your own financial decisions
• not misuse, manipulate, or disrupt the system

Misuse may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

5. Limitations of Liability

• AI recommendations depend on the information you provide and available partner data.
• LayawayGo is not responsible for financial loss, missed goals, or merchant behaviour.
• All merchant offers are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and external terms.

6. Third-Party Offers

LayawayGo may display deals, discounts, and rewards from participating merchants. Each offer is governed by the merchant's own terms and conditions.

7. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or suspend features to improve performance, accuracy, or safety. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.

8. Termination

User access may be suspended or terminated if:

• misuse is detected
• fraudulent or abusive behaviour occurs
• security risks are identified

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using LayawayGo, you confirm that:

• you are at least 16 years old
• you understand AI MatchBuy™ is in PoC stage
• you understand recommendations are not financial advice
• you agree to our data processing practices as described in the Privacy Notice
